It is all we do.

Through innovative offerings and passionate service-orientated professionals, we partner with first responders and state and local officials to help save lives.

Operational Services

Our traffic incident management objective is to implement efficient and effective programs that provide quick response and clearance of crashes and other incidents. We bring traffic control, scene stabilization, incident maintenance response (such as debris removal and spill cleanup), and assistance to other first responders all under a secure technology offering. This ensures complete transparency and constant improvement of program effectiveness through focused realtime metrics.

We have over thirty years of experience providing exceptional operational services to state and local departments of transportation. Our quick-clearance methodologies have been proven to shorten incident durations, prevent secondary crashes, minimize non-recurring congestion, and save lives.

Dispatch Services

Ensuring the proper resources are deployed to an incident are key in ensuring quick and safe clearance. This is why we partner with state and local traffic operations management centers to provide experienced personnel.

Our goal is enhanced communication and increased program efficiency through highly trained, cross-discipled dispatchers who are incident management focused.

Training

As incident responders, we are all in this together and we hope everyone gets home safe. This is why FHWA set an implementation training goal on the Traffic Incident Management training program. With our team of TIM trainers, we can assist your organization by providing classroom training or hands-on field training with incident scene creation.

I had a flat tire and it was 18 degrees outside and being on 6th Ave going west it was extremely called outside, I tried to call my 3 sons and my husband and everyone was at work and far from my location then after sitting for 4 min, I look out my rear view mirror and it was like an Angel had come to help me! Thank you, Eric B, I appreciate you soooo very much.

My driver Angela was AWESOME! Not only did she give me a jump but helped get my car off the 225 highway! She gave me a ride to WORK and was pleasant and amazing help to me and my situation!! I wasn't even late for work!! 5 stars for her!!!

Bruce was extremely professional and courteous. He was very attentive to my needs and not only changed the tire that was shredded (I ran over a nail board on the right side of the freeway & had 2 Flats on that side) but also offered to and fixed the leaks on the rear tire! To me, having 2 flat tires on the freeway 35 miles from home is a very helpless feeling. Bruce did everything he could to put me at ease and get me on my way. Bruce, preliminary results from my wife's cancer operation are positive! Again, THANK YOU VERY MUCH you have reinforced my faith in humanity!

I just moved from Ohio to Michigan for work. I was very nervous about moving to a new state with my fiance and our two small children. I caught a blow out on the freeway. I was a hot mess!!! I was extremely out of it. My AAA would take an hour and I couldn't get the tire off. We don't have any family in the state and we only have 1 car! I had giving up hope and out the blue RJ arrived. He saved the day! Helped put my spare on all with a smile. I guess I do have a little family in Michigan! Thank again RJ you rock!

The car said I had 22 miles to empty but it ran out on the highway. What Colin didn't know was that I had just picked up my 16-year-old from a hospital in CO Springs, that I lived in Ft. Collins, and had been working 8-hour days and driving 5-6 hours a day to see my daughter. What he didn't know was after 8 days in the hospital she was allowed to come home. On her birthday. All Colin saw was a car in distress around Monument Hill. It was cold, we were tired and afraid. He approached us so politely, was so kind and immediately offered us assistance to resolve our problem. We had called a tow truck but they were 2 hours out…we didn't know what we were going to do. Like an angel he came upon us and helped us. From the time we ran out of gas to the time we said our goodbye's it was less than 30 minutes. I was so grateful for him.
